By accessing or using MLB Strike Simulator 2027, including by entering a password, validating an email code, creating a Commissioner, submitting gameplay content, or clicking “I agree,” you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MLB Strike Simulator 2027. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or guardian.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is currently offered as a private playtest community. Access may be limited, revoked, paused, or changed at any time by Fans for Baseball.
You agree not to share private passwords, access codes, restricted links, or other private access information publicly. If you know someone who would like access, please direct them to the “Request Access” option on the website or to [email protected].
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is a free-to-play fan-made project published by Fans for Baseball. The game is not sold as a commercial product. Access to the game does not create any ownership interest, membership right, employment relationship, partnership, or entitlement to continued access.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or connected to Major League Baseball, the Major League Baseball Players Association, any Major League Baseball club, any league office, any player, any owner, any journalist, any media outlet, or any other official baseball entity.
All trademarks, names, and references belong to their respective owners. Any references are used for commentary, criticism, parody, satire, newsworthiness, or fictional storytelling purposes.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is an interactive fictional satire and negotiation strategy game inspired by public discussion around baseball labor issues.
The game includes fictionalized scenarios, fictional dialogue, fictional characters, simulated outcomes, and exaggerated or dramatized situations. Any resemblance to actual events, people, organizations, or negotiations may be used for commentary, parody, satire, or public-interest discussion, and should not be understood as factual reporting.
The game does not claim to predict, represent, or simulate actual collective bargaining negotiations with legal, financial, economic, or labor-relations accuracy.
The game and related tools, including any salary cap, salary floor, luxury tax, or collective bargaining simulations, are simplified fictional “what-if” scenarios for entertainment, commentary, and educational discussion. They are not legal, financial, economic, labor-relations, tax, business, or professional advice.

Fans for Baseball may remove content, restrict access, or terminate access at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.
The game may allow you to submit, generate, or display content, including Commissioner names, opening statements, AI-generated responses, leaderboard entries, feedback, bug reports, and other gameplay text.
You are responsible for content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Fans for Baseball a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, moderate, and share that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, or discussing the game. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Some game features may use artificial intelligence tools to generate fictional text, including opening statements, social media replies, or other gameplay content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, or unsuitable. Fans for Baseball may moderate, remove, or modify AI-generated content at its discretion. AI-generated content in the game is fictional and should not be treated as factual reporting or as statements by real people or organizations.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is provided as an experimental playtest. The game may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, balance issues, or unavailable content. Fans for Baseball may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the game at any time, with or without notice.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is a free, private-access, fan-made fictional satire game created for entertainment, commentary, criticism, and public-interest discussion about baseball labor issues.
The game may include fictionalized references, parody, satire, commentary, public-figure references, AI-generated materials, and other creative elements. Some names, trademarks, public references, or third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Fans for Baseball does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, approval from, or official connection to MLB, MLBPA, any Major League Baseball club, any player, owner, journalist, media outlet, or official baseball entity.
The game is provided only as a free, private-access fan project and should not be copied, sold, commercially exploited, republished as a competing product, or used in a way that misrepresents affiliation with Fans for Baseball or any official baseball entity.

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fans for Baseball does not guarantee that the game will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, available, or suitable for any particular purpose.
MLB Strike Simulator 2027 is provided as a free-to-play, private-access fan project for entertainment, commentary, satire, and discussion. You understand and agree that you use the game voluntarily and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fans for Baseball and its organizers, contributors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your access to or use of the game, including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or reputational damages; loss of data; loss of goodwill; loss of profits; loss of opportunities; or any other intangible losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if any liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of Fans for Baseball and its organizers, contributors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will be limited to the amount you paid to access the game. Because the game is free-to-play, that amount is $0.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fans for Baseball and its organizers, contributors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the game, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Fans for Baseball may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or if we decide to restrict, pause, or end the playtest.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the game will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires another venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by email, website notice, or an updated effective date. Your continued use of the game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
